A New Hampshire certificate of good standing (aka a New Hampshire certificate of existence) is a document issued by New Hampshire secretary of state (or official who performs those duties) and is conclusive evidence that a New Hampshire corporation, New Hampshire llc, or any other entity filed in New Hampshire is in good standing with the state and is in compliance with all New Hampshire-required formalities.
