A Mississippi certificate of status (aka a Mississippi certificate of existence) is a document issued by Mississippi secretary of state (or official who performs those duties) and is conclusive evidence that a Mississippi corporation, Mississippi llc, or any other entity filed in Mississippi is in good standing with the state and is in compliance with all Mississippi-required formalities.
