A Connecticut certificate of status (aka a Connecticut certificate of existence) is a document issued by Connecticut secretary of state (or official who performs those duties) and is conclusive evidence that a Connecticut corporation, Connecticut llc, or any other entity filed in Connecticut is in good standing with the state and is in compliance with all Connecticut-required formalities.
